Asset Finance Manager – Business & Private Bank (Brisbane)

About the role

The Asset Finance Manager will drive growth and profitability for the Asset Finance business within ANZ's Business & Private Bank. You will work closely with frontline managers and customers, building strong relationships and delivering tailored financing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Grow and sustain profitable Asset Finance product sales in the commercial segment.
• Provide industry expertise and understand specific customer needs.
• Deliver a high‑quality, timely customer experience for designated segments.
• Educate customers on optimal use of Asset Finance solutions.
• Manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining composure under pressure.
• Promote the Asset Finance brand through stakeholder collaboration and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with ANZ policies, processes, external regulations, and identify risk issues.
• Offer specialist Asset Finance advice to frontline Relationship Managers for direct and broker customers.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in Asset Finance or related financial services.
• Strong understanding of commercial customer requirements and industry trends.
• Ability to manage complex transactions and multiple priorities.
• Proven risk identification and remediation skills.
• Commitment to compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication skills to support Relationship Managers and customers.
