Assembler – Medical Device Production

About the role
LivaNova is seeking an Assembler to join its production team in Australia. You will be responsible for assembling Perfusion Tubing System (PTS) packs for medical devices, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble medical device sets according to drawing instructions, performing all required quality checks.
- Maintain documentation, segregation of assembled jobs, and compliance with ISO 9001 and Australian medical device regulations.
- Support the Team Leader in non‑conformance reporting, reprocessing, and continuous improvement activities.
Required profile
- At least 3 years of cleanroom or production assembly experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail, good time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow standard operating procedures.
