Assembler / Fabricator - Steel Furniture Factory

About the role

A client of Industrial Recruitment Partners is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented TA or Assembler for its Canning Vale factory, which makes steel park furniture and public buildings, mostly for government clients. The role starts as a casual position with full-time hours supplied each week, giving the new employee time to settle in and prove themselves.

Key responsibilities

• Work as a trade assistant or assembler in a factory producing steel park furniture and public buildings
• Work Monday to Friday, 6am to 4pm, with a standard 45-hour week and overtime available
• Settle into steady work in a clean, friendly environment with a supportive management team

Required profile

• Reliability: present every day
• Previous trade assistant or assembly experience
• High-level tool ability
• Willingness to learn new processes alongside existing experience
• Career-focused, looking for a long-term, stable option
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test and a medical if required
• Full Australian work rights
