Architect – Multiple Levels Across Perth Practices

About the role

Several well‑regarded Perth architecture and interior design practices are expanding and hiring architects at all levels, from graduate to senior. Roles span design‑led, delivery‑focused and project‑lead positions across a wide range of sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex projects from concept through construction, ensuring design quality and client satisfaction.
• Manage project teams, budgets, schedules and contract administration, acting as the primary client contact.
• Prepare design documentation, 3D models and presentations, and coordinate consultants and approvals.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to studio culture and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Registered architect (or graduate with relevant degree) with experience in the advertised sector.
• 6+ years post‑graduate experience for senior/project‑lead roles; recent graduate for entry‑level positions.
• Strong design leadership, documentation and team‑management skills.
• Ability to obtain AGSVA baseline clearance is highly desirable for defence projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows.
• Knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC) and contract administration.
