Architect – Expression of Interest (Revit, 3‑5+ yrs)

About the role

Hassell is seeking experienced architects to join its global network of design studios. The role spans the full project lifecycle, from early design concepts through to detailed documentation and delivery, with a strong focus on Revit‑based workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and translate them into coordinated Revit models.
• Produce construction documentation and support delivery teams.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across architecture, landscape, interior and urban design.
• Contribute to design thinking, research and strategy discussions.
• Mentor junior staff and share best practices.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Registered architect or eligible for registration in Australia.
• Experience working on complex projects such as education, civic, health or transport.
• Strong communication, presentation and organisational abilities.
• Collaborative mindset with interest in progressive, future‑focused design.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit within live project environments.
