About the role
The Appointment Setter role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Robina, Queensland. You will be the first point of contact for prospective leads, introducing AMZ Product Launcher’s services and scheduling qualified appointments for the sales and coaching team.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective leads and respond to inbound inquiries.
- Update appointment calendars and accurately record lead information in the CRM.
- Follow up with interested prospects, confirm appointment details, and ensure a smooth transition to consultation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts and improve lead quality.
Required profile
- Strong appointment scheduling and lead generation abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or call‑center environments.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work on‑site full‑time in Robina with a reliable work ethic and attention to detail.
