Appointment Setter – Business Sales Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an engaging Business Sales Consultant (Appointment Setter) to join our Marketing team. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will make strategic outbound calls to qualified prospects across Australia and book high‑quality appointments for our sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to targeted B2B prospects to schedule sales meetings.
• Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Pipedrive) and keep the pipeline up‑to‑date.
• Complete follow‑up tasks, including reporting on call activity, appointments set, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.

Required profile

• Proven cold‑calling experience in a B2B environment.
• Confident phone manner with a track record of meeting KPIs.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to quickly understand and explain complex information; financial knowledge is a plus.
• Resilience and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Experience using Pipedrive or a similar CRM platform.
