Android Mobile Application Developer for AI Neobank

About the role

KIRA is building an AI‑powered neobank app and needs an experienced Android engineer to create a seamless, high‑performance mobile experience. You will work closely with product and design teams to turn complex financial services into intuitive user flows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship Android features using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Create clean, fast, and reliable mobile flows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and other financial services.
• Integrate backend REST APIs, ensure security, stability, and low crash rates.
• Optimize app performance, memory usage, loading states, and responsiveness.
• Leverage analytics and production issue data to continuously improve the product.
• Implement AI‑assisted experiences with TensorFlow Lite where they add real user value.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional Android development experience.
• Strong understanding of Android fundamentals and a track record of shipping production apps.
• Ability to think in user journeys, prioritize UX, and anticipate performance issues.
• High ownership, fast execution, and a focus on product quality.
