Analyst Lead, Cybersecurity

About the role

FIS is looking for an Analyst Lead, Cybersecurity to join its central cybersecurity team. The role combines technical analysis, vulnerability management, incident response, project coordination and stakeholder engagement, acting as a trusted subject matter expert who leads security processes and initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate vulnerability management, planning releases and remediation across teams
• Support incident response by assessing issues, coordinating stakeholders and maintaining information integrity
• Lead cybersecurity meetings and working sessions so risks, decisions and actions are clear
• Produce security reports and analysis for management and technical stakeholders
• Perform technical data analysis, including running SQL queries to investigate security information and identify trends
• Bridge cybersecurity, technical teams, business stakeholders and management, translating technical findings into business context
• Lead large cybersecurity projects and processes, and improve processes, systems, standards and operating practices
• Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise, and coach and guide junior team members

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, cyber risk management, vulnerability management or a related technical security discipline
• Demonstrated experience leading complex cybersecurity projects involving multiple stakeholder groups
• Strong understanding of vulnerability management and security incident response
• Ability to communicate technical risks clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Stakeholder management, facilitation, reporting and project management skills
• Ability to work autonomously with multiple priorities and to mentor others
• Work visa sponsorship is not available
