About the role

We are looking for an Entry‑level Business Analyst to support our community of 280 companies. Working primarily from Dubai with the flexibility to work from home, you will help businesses understand and improve their processes through data analysis and clear documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze business data to identify trends and insights.
• Assist in defining and documenting business requirements and process flows.
• Prepare clear reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to clarify needs and propose actionable improvements.
• Support the implementation of simple, efficiency‑focused solutions.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw clear conclusions.
• Basic knowledge of business analysis concepts and requirements gathering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a focus on process efficiency.
• University degree in economics, business, engineering, mathematics or a related field.
• Interest in agile methodologies and analytical tools.
• Organised, proactive and eager to grow in an international, collaborative environment.
