All‑Rounder Hospitality Couples

About the role

We are looking for experienced couples to work together in an all‑rounder capacity at Pumphouse Point, an adults‑only retreat in Lake St Clair. The role is casual and involves rotating across guest services, housekeeping and food & beverage to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage reservations and communicate guest needs across teams.
• Maintain guest rooms and public areas to high standards, manage linen and cleaning supplies.
• Assist with breakfast buffet setup, dinner service, prepare lunch packs and restock bars/minibars.

Required profile

• Strong guest service background with experience in booking systems such as Newbook, RoomMaster or Opera.
• Certificate II in Hospitality (Operations) or equivalent practical experience.
• Current RSA accreditation, Food Safety certificate and a valid driver’s licence with own vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with booking software (Newbook, RoomMaster, Opera).
• Basic mathematical skills for cash handling and inventory.
