ALLRes Consultant – Reservations Specialist

About the role

As an ALLRes Consultant at Accor’s Gold Coast corporate office, you will be the primary point of contact for guests across Australia and New Zealand, handling reservations, providing information on room availability, rates and special offers, and ensuring a smooth booking experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage reservations received via phone, email and online platforms.
• Provide accurate information on room availability, rates, upgrades and promotions.
• Process payment transactions securely and verify billing details.
• Assist guests with modifications, cancellations and special requests.
• Suggest upgrades and additional amenities to enhance the stay.
• Support on‑site teams by resolving reservation‑related complaints.

Required profile

• Customer‑service orientation with strong communication skills.
• Previous experience in a hospitality reservation role is preferred.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with reservation and property‑management systems.
