All Rounder Operator – Mining Site (FIFO)

About the role

Centrals is seeking experienced All‑Rounder Operators for a mine site in the Mid‑West of Western Australia. The role involves operating a range of earth‑moving equipment on 12‑hour day and night shifts, on a 2‑day on / 1‑day off roster. The position is FIFO, with flights from Perth or Geraldton (approximately one hour).

Key responsibilities

• Manage stockpiles and handle tailings.
• Perform haulage and ad‑hoc earthworks.
• Operate dozers, graders, excavators, loaders, rollers, ADT and HR/HC water carts.
• Maintain equipment and adhere to safety procedures.
• Support other site tasks as required.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience operating the listed machinery.
• Experience in a production/mining environment.
• Nationally recognised RII tickets.
• HR licence (desirable).
• Strong safety mindset and solid work attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Full Australian work rights.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical and national police clearance.
