Agitator Driver - Colac

About the role

Heidelberg Materials Australia is looking for an HR-licensed Agitator Driver to work at its Colac concrete plant in Victoria. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday plus rostered Saturdays, and involves safely transporting concrete to a variety of customer sites while representing the business and providing good customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Safely operate a concrete agitator truck
• Complete multiple deliveries throughout the day
• Provide outstanding customer service at delivery sites
• Maintain a professional and clean vehicle presentation
• Use onboard technology for route planning, load tracking and safety compliance
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Required profile

• Current HR licence (essential); previous HR driving experience preferred
• Valid Construction White Card, or willingness to obtain one before starting
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
