Agile Business Analyst – Gift Card & Digital Rewards

About the role

We are looking for an Agile Business Analyst to join our team at the Mascot Campus. You will work on our gift card program management and digital rewards ecosystem, turning strategic ideas into concrete IT and product initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to review existing workflows and implement best‑practice process enhancements.
• Track key performance metrics and measure the impact of changes.
• Translate business strategies into IT/product initiatives and analyse customer business plans, processes and industry trends.
• Gather requirements, maintain documentation and deliver reporting solutions that meet B2B and B2C client expectations.
• Propose the Commercial Value Proposition (CVP) and define business rules, ensuring technical feasibility, cost‑effectiveness and clear acceptance criteria.
• Map the end‑to‑end gift‑card lifecycle, identify improvement opportunities and ensure quality assurance and test solutions.
• Communicate detailed feature and process information to support successful change management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or Business.
• Proven understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
