About the role

Join the My Cruises/Ignite Travel Cruise Academy as an After Sales Consultant. No prior travel experience is required – you’ll receive fully paid training to become a Fully Accredited Cruise Consultant and secure a permanent position.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers throughout the sales journey, providing exceptional service and personalised cruise recommendations.
• Build strong relationships and work towards achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction outcomes.
• Manage multiple priorities with attention to detail while contributing to an inclusive, safe work environment.

Required profile

• Passion for cruising and travel with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Strong customer service, relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast‑paced environment and competency in Microsoft Office or similar programs.
