About the role

We are seeking an Adviser’s Assistant to support evidence‑based investment advice for families, farmers and professionals across regional Australia. In this role you will help build long‑term client relationships through clear communication and systematic portfolio management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based investment recommendations tailored to the needs of families, agricultural clients and professional households.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of client portfolios, ensuring systematic and transparent management.
• Communicate investment strategies and performance in a straightforward manner that aligns with clients’ everyday lives and work patterns.
• Support senior advisers in preparing client reports, market updates and advisory documentation.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey financial concepts clearly.
• Ability to understand and respect the lifestyle and work contexts of regional Australian clients.
