About the role

ANZ is seeking enthusiastic Banking Consultants to join its Retail Banking teams across St George, NSW. In this customer‑focused role you will deliver seamless banking experiences, address end‑to‑end financial needs and promote ANZ’s digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, needs‑based advice and product solutions to branch customers.
• Drive customer engagement and advocacy through personalized service.
• Support bank programmes and initiatives, contributing to branch targets.
• Maintain a strong understanding of each customer’s risk profile and ensure compliance with ANZ policies.
• Act as a role model and peer coach, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Work rostered shifts, including Saturdays, to meet branch operating hours.

Required profile

• Exceptional customer focus; retail banking experience is an advantage.
• Comfortable using and promoting digital banking channels.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to change and ambiguity.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekend shifts.
