Advice Manager

About the role

Mercer is looking for an Advice Manager to join its Mercer Super team in Sydney. This hybrid position requires at least three days per week in the office and will focus on shaping and delivering the advice proposition for both intrafund and retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and execution of intrafund and retail advice strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Translate data, market insights and stakeholder perspectives into recommendations and presentations for senior leaders.
• Lead change initiatives that improve advice services, adviser experience and business readiness.
• Build and maintain relationships with advisers, licensees, internal partners and suppliers.
• Oversee service delivery, governance, reporting, risks and controls for advice‑related activities.
• Contribute to projects, regulatory change and strategic initiatives impacting member experience.

Required profile

• Experience in superannuation, financial advice, wealth or related financial services.
• Background in strategy support, change delivery, governance or business improvement in a regulated environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex information.
• RG146 compliance knowledge.
