About the role
A leading global provider of data analytics, digital solutions and business process services is hiring an Administrative Support Officer in Sydney. The role covers office administration, facilities and workplace operations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily office administration and facilities management.
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, correspondence and executive support.
- Manage vendors, service contracts, maintenance and workplace services.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, office events and leadership visits.
- Ensure workplace safety, operational compliance and cost efficiency.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in office administration, facilities or workplace operations.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant discipline.
Required skills
- Strong vendor management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance and workplace safety.
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
