About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Administrative Assistant to join the Business Team at Emmaus College. The role provides essential support to staff, students and families across our multiple campuses in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
Key responsibilities
- Answer telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Welcome and assist visitors to the college.
- Maintain accurate data records and manage filing systems.
- Provide high‑quality customer service to staff, students and families.
- Perform basic printing and document preparation tasks.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic, professional and highly organised.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Sound understanding of office administration systems and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
- Commitment to the ethos of a Catholic school.
