Administrative Assistant - Made to Measure

About the role

Spotlight Retail Group's Made to Measure (M2M) team delivers custom window furnishing solutions, and it is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join its Central Office in South Melbourne. The role sits at the heart of the customer journey, supporting consultants and customers from quote through to installation. It is a full-time position, Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays, in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound enquiries from customers, stores and consultants
• Make outbound calls to customers throughout their Made to Measure journey
• Respond promptly to emails and customer correspondence
• Provide administrative support to the Made to Measure team
• Coordinate customer information accurately and keep records up to date
• Work with consultants, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Follow internal processes and help create an exceptional customer experience

Required profile

• Previous experience in the admin window furnishings, blinds, curtains or soft furnishings industry (a bonus)
• Full-time availability and full working rights within Australia
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills, with a confident and professional phone manner
• Proactive problem solver who stays calm under pressure and adapts to changing priorities

• Experience working with multiple systems and managing customer enquiries
