Administration Manager

About the role

Join the Centre Management team as an Administration Manager, providing key onsite support for Shepparton Marketplace while also assisting other retail centres in the portfolio. You will be the first point of contact for tenants, contractors and visitors, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage reception, coordinate contractor sign‑ins, maintain key registers and support day‑to‑day office operations.
• Respond to tenant enquiries, process service requests, and follow up on insurance certificates and sales reporting.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, handle invoice workflows, and assist with monthly reporting and expense reconciliations.
• Draft correspondence, reports, presentations and other administrative documentation.

Required profile

• Experience in front‑of‑house, administration, reception or customer service roles.
• Strong ability to manage competing priorities and support a team autonomously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a high level of accuracy, especially when handling invoices and financial data.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency – Word, Outlook, Teams and Excel.
