Ad Creative Strategist

About the role

We are looking for an Ad Creative Strategist to own the full paid‑creative system for one of Australia’s fastest‑growing comfort‑essentials brands. You will develop high‑performing ad concepts, hooks and scripts for Meta and TikTok, translate them into clear briefs, and use performance data to scale winning creative.

Key responsibilities

• Develop ad concepts, hooks, angles and scripts (UGC, EGC, lo‑fi) for Meta and TikTok.
• Write concise creative briefs that enable producers to execute without follow‑up.
• Ensure message match between ads and landing pages.
• Run a weekly creative testing roadmap, analyse results and scale winners while retiring under‑performers.

Required profile

• Proven track record of creating ads that scaled profitably, with examples and metrics.
• Hands‑on experience running campaigns on TikTok and Meta.
• Strong performance literacy – comfortable reading hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR and ROAS.
• 1‑3+ years in paid‑creative strategy, ad creative or performance content, preferably in DTC/e‑commerce.
• Motivation to learn and grow into broader conversion systems.
