Accounts Officer – Finance Team

About the role

APM Group is seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Accounts Officer to join its Finance team on an 8‑month fixed‑term contract, with the possibility of extension. The role focuses on managing the corporate credit card programme, supporting cardholders, maintaining the ExpenseMe Pro system, and assisting with various banking activities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for corporate credit‑card holders, resolving queries and supporting users through ExpenseMe Pro.
• Manage transaction coding, approvals, and maintain accurate system data while preparing monthly reports.
• Assist with banking tasks such as payment runs, daily cash reporting, and transaction allocations.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and collaborate closely with the Finance team.
• Support acquisitions, business‑growth initiatives, and escalation of issues as required.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance systems and service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an Accounts Officer or similar finance‑related role.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with a proactive approach.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
• Self‑motivated with a willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
