About the role

The Account Partner Director leads the sale of Salesforce Professional Services to strategic, high‑growth customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers realize significant business value from their Salesforce investment.

Key responsibilities

Drive YoY growth in Professional Services bookings and revenue across a defined territory.
Engage C‑level executives with consultative solution selling to position Salesforce as a long‑term partner.
Develop and execute personalized account plans aligned with customer business goals.
Collaborate closely with License Sales, Alliances and Partner teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

10+ years of consultative sales experience, with at least 5 years selling or delivering professional services for a large consulting firm or system integrator.
Proven track record of exceeding quota and growing multi‑million‑dollar accounts.
Strong C‑level relationship building and recognized as a trusted advisor.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
