Account Manager - Workforce Solutions

About the role

Canex Resources, an Australian-owned workforce solutions company operating for 13 years and headquartered in Brisbane, is looking for an Account Manager. You will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, helping them get the right people at the right time. The role sits within a rapidly growing team and offers flexible working arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Understand client workforce needs and coordinate delivery with the recruitment and operations teams
• Oversee placements and resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and win new business
• Keep records, reporting and compliance accurate and up to date

Required profile

• Experience in account management, client service or a similar relationship-focused role
• Confident communicator who builds trust at all levels
• Organised, responsive and a practical problem solver
• Current driver's licence and full Australian working rights; applicants must be Australian citizens, permanent residents or hold valid work rights in Australia
• Recruitment experience, business development skills and good existing networks are an advantage but not essential
