Account Manager – Sydney Showroom

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Account Manager to join our sales team in Waterloo, Sydney. The role is the first point of contact for design clients—including architects, designers, installers and retail end‑clients—within our showroom environment, helping bring projects to life with our materials.

Key responsibilities

• Gather information on prospective clients, such as company size, needs and opportunities to add value.
• Work closely with a Business Development representative to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Provide after‑sales support to retain customers and answer queries promptly and accurately.
• Build strong client relationships through regular communication and customised sales plans.
• Promote new products and services to existing customers and grow industry partnerships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a relevant sales role.
• Ability to confidently manage client relationships and day‑to‑day enquiries.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail in handling leads and managing projects from lead to delivery.
• Interest in architecture and design, with ambition to grow existing client relationships.
• Understanding of sales principles and commitment to delivering excellent customer experience.
