Account Manager – Small and Medium Business

About the role

The Small and Medium Business (SMB) team at TikTok helps brands of all sizes unlock creative potential, reach audiences, and grow revenue on the platform. As an Account Manager you will own a portfolio of SMB clients, guiding them through TikTok’s advertising solutions and ensuring they achieve their marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a designated book of business to meet quarterly revenue and product adoption targets.
• Build and nurture long‑lasting relationships with SMB clients.
• Understand client goals and recommend tailored TikTok advertising solutions.
• Oversee campaign implementation, optimization, and performance analysis.
• Provide strategic guidance on best practices and platform capabilities.
• Address client concerns proactively to maintain high satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure all campaigns comply with TikTok Ads policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Ads Policy, Finance, and Product.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, digital advertising, or client services.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and achieve revenue targets.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑changing environment with problem‑solving and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration experience.
