Account Manager – Sales

About the role

Eco Outdoor is seeking an experienced, hands‑on Account Manager to join its Sales team in Claremont, Perth. You will be the first point of contact for design clients—including architects, designers, installers and retail end‑clients—working within the showroom environment to help bring projects to life using our materials.

Key responsibilities

• Gather information on prospective clients and identify opportunities to add value.
• Collaborate with a Business Development Manager to understand client requirements and create customised sales plans.
• Provide after‑sales support, answer client queries promptly, and promote new products/services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a relevant sales role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships.
• Attention to detail in handling leads and managing projects from lead to delivery.
• Interest in architecture and design and a desire to grow existing client relationships.
