Account Manager - Precast Concrete & Construction

About the role

InfraBuild Reinforcing, a 2026 AFR BOSS Best Places to Work Gold Winner and World Steel Association Sustainability Champion, is looking for an Account Manager in Sunshine, VIC. Reporting to the VIC Sales Manager, you will develop customer partnerships, identify projects early, develop profitable tenders and deliver on volume targets. The role suits someone with a background in precast concrete and building and construction, able to manage key customer relationships across Victoria's Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with current customers and seek new ones
• Create and execute account growth plans
• Identify new project opportunities and manage the project pipeline
• Develop pricing strategy and improve margin management
• Contribute to the sales forecast using knowledge of the customer's business and industry
• Solve customer pain points to create value beyond price

Required profile

• Previous customer-facing experience with precasters, Tier 1 and Tier 2 civil infrastructure and high-rise contractors
• Current or previous account management and business development experience
• Full driver's licence
• Strong communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Business acumen and reporting skills
• Engineering construction or construction industry experience is preferable
