Account Manager (Perth)

About the role

EatClub, a food-tech platform connecting customers with restaurants and bars, is hiring an Account Manager for Perth. The role is hybrid, sits in the Account Management department and gives you ownership of your territory and its restaurant partners, with guidance and support from the wider team.

Key responsibilities

• Visit restaurant partners across your territory and build strong relationships
• Monitor partner performance using dashboards and data insights
• Identify risks early and reduce churn through consultative conversations
• Lead onboarding, activation and optimisation of new partners
• Deliver growth opportunities such as campaigns, upsells and new features
• Balance field visits with desk-based planning and analysis
• Contribute ideas to improve account management processes and reporting
• Find new upsell and cross-sell opportunities and help generate new leads
• Own and optimise a portfolio of restaurants for long-term retention and growth

Required profile

• 3+ years' experience in hospitality sales or account management
• Track record of upselling and growing revenue within existing accounts
• Experience working to retention, churn reduction or revenue-related goals
• Strong organisational and communication skills, in person and in writing
• Comfortable balancing autonomy with structured ways of working
• Confidence managing a portfolio across field and desk-based work

Nice to have

• Experience in food tech, hospitality, marketplaces or SaaS
• Established relationship in the hospitality scene in Adelaide
• Exposure to territory-based or field-led roles
• Enjoyment of data analysis and performance reporting
