Account Manager – Logistics Solutions

About the role

Expeditors is seeking an experienced, commercially focused Account Manager to join our Melbourne team. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and growing relationships with key customers, driving revenue growth and identifying opportunities to expand our logistics services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers across multiple organisational levels.
• Create and communicate strategic business plans aligned with customer and Expeditors goals.
• Identify business development opportunities and manage the sales pipeline to drive revenue growth.
• Understand customers' supply chains and introduce value‑added solutions using Expeditors' services and technology.
• Prepare and deliver effective customer business reviews and monitor performance against KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Expeditors or a similar logistics environment.
• Proven business development and relationship‑building experience.
• Full and unrestricted working rights in Australia.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM software.
