Account Manager – Large Business

About the role

As an Account Manager – Large Business you will expand and strengthen relationships within a defined portfolio of customers, focusing on revenue growth and churn reduction. You will leverage Superloop’s SASE (SD‑WAN and SSE), internet, dark fibre and international services to win new business and consistently meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategic relationships with existing customers to maintain ongoing business and identify new opportunities.
• Create detailed account plans that support long‑term, value‑driven relationships and drive strategic opportunity creation.
• Engage regularly with key customer stakeholders and manage a sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Provide accurate sales reports and forecasts, and coordinate internal stakeholders to deliver commercial outcomes.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of large‑business sales experience, preferably in the ICT/high‑value technology sector.
• Proven ability to sell complex solutions such as SASE, SD‑WAN and managed security services.
• Strong B2B selling skills with commercial acumen and experience presenting to C‑level executives.
