Account Manager

About the role

Konekt, part of the APM Group, is looking for a commercially minded, relationship-focused Account Manager in Melbourne. You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, strengthen customer partnerships, drive referral growth and support operational teams to achieve excellent return-to-work and rehabilitation outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts
• Develop and execute customer growth strategies and action plans
• Build strong relationships with insurers, employers and key stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for referral growth and new business development
• Monitor customer performance and service delivery outcomes
• Deliver customer reporting and insights
• Support tender submissions and customer proposals
• Drive customer engagement initiatives and strategic projects
• Collaborate with operational teams so customer expectations are consistently exceeded
• Manage customer feedback and resolve service-related issues

Required profile

• Experience in account management, customer success, business development or workplace rehabilitation
• Ability to manage multiple customer priorities and competing deadlines
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating across teams
• Desirable: experience in workplace rehabilitation, occupational health, injury management, workers compensation, employment services, allied health or health, wellbeing and human services
• Relevant Allied Health qualifications and professional registration are highly regarded but not essential
