Account Manager

About the role

As a trusted Account Manager (SMB) you will deliver superior customer experiences for up to 70 small‑to‑medium business customers, driving cross‑selling, upselling and retention. The role is split 50% account management and 50% new‑business sales, operating in a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Use strategic market research and insights to identify and connect with new customers.
• Develop and maintain meaningful connections with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and long‑term partnerships.
• Handle trading terms, credit requests and customer remediation professionally and efficiently.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years experience in sales or account management, preferably in a service‑solution environment or logistics/transportation sector.
• Proven solution‑selling, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Balanced “hunter” and “farmer” skillsets with a results‑focused mindset.
• Positive, tenacious, resilient and continuously improving.
