Account Manager

About the role

Deliverect is looking for an Account Manager to join its Growth team. You will be the primary post‑sales contact for a portfolio of customers, ensuring they receive ongoing value from the platform and helping them expand their business.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of contract renewals, identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, and drive expansion to meet revenue targets.
• Build and nurture long‑term partnerships, conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, and design tailored engagement strategies for high‑value accounts.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, gather requirements, and collaborate with Product, Legal, and Finance teams to assess feasibility of requests.
• Lead strategic customer projects such as new location roll‑outs or feature demonstrations, and resolve mid‑level escalations.
• Accurately forecast and manage a large‑scale expansion pipeline.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑building and commercial acumen.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate customer needs into value‑driven solutions.
• Experience managing medium‑to‑high complexity accounts.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence internal teams.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
