Account Manager (Industrial Solutions)

About the role

Join a nationally recognised industrial solutions provider as an Account Manager in Kalgoorlie. You will own a defined territory, build lasting customer partnerships and directly influence commercial performance and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by developing strong relationships and identifying new commercial opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase share of wallet and retain key accounts.
• Act as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored industrial solutions that address customer challenges.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of new business and ensure consistent margin performance.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to provide comprehensive solutions.

Required profile

• 4+ years of proven field sales or territory management experience.
• Track record of growing accounts through retention, cross‑sell and share‑of‑wallet expansion.
• Background in industrial, MRO, fluid power, engineering services or other technically complex B2B environments.
• Experience working with mining, manufacturing or heavy‑industry customers.
• Self‑directed, commercially accountable and able to meet sales and margin targets.
