Account Manager – Drive Growth and Build Partnerships

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Sales team and manage a portfolio of customers across your territory. You will work with major retail chains, independent dealers, automotive manufacturers and dealerships to help them achieve their goals while expanding Bridgestone's market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales performance across the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and increase share of wallet within existing customers.
• Develop profitable customer proposals and commercial solutions.
• Conduct regular customer visits and execute strategic call plans.
• Provide sales forecasts, reporting and market insights.
• Support customers with product knowledge, training and industry updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity within CRM systems.
• Champion Bridgestone's commitment to safety and sustainability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a sales or account management role with a track record of achieving targets.
• Strong negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly organised with strong planning and time‑management capabilities.
• Full, clean driver’s licence and willingness to travel intrastate regularly.

Required skills

• Confidence using CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software.
