Account Manager - Digital Agency

About the role

3PM, an award-winning digital agency, is hiring an Account Manager. This is a full-time, remote position based in Australia. As the face of the agency to its clients, you lead accounts from strategy through to execution, acting as a trusted advisor and bringing teams together to deliver work that is on time, on brief and commercially impactful.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for your client portfolio, building strong relationships and keeping clients retained
• Own end-to-end delivery of projects and campaigns, from brief to execution
• Keep clients informed with regular updates and set expectations clearly
• Translate client briefs into tasks for creative, digital and technical teams
• Identify risks early, solve problems and make decisions in the client's and agency's interest
• Track performance against KPIs and use data to inform optimisation
• Manage client budgets and document all activity accurately
• Grow the portfolio by upselling, cross-selling and presenting proposals, and build new connections through referrals and networking
