Account Manager – Customer Growth & Retention

About the role

Elgas Limited is seeking an energetic Account Manager to join our team in Canning Vale, Perth. You will drive growth and retain key customers while identifying new business opportunities across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Increase portfolio profitability through price and contract management, and product substitution.
• Identify, develop and commercialise growth opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects.
• Build and maintain mutually rewarding relationships with customers.
• Provide technical support and solutions to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal functions to deliver seamless service.
• Manage extensive regional travel, including long‑distance driving and overnight stays as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales, account management or territory sales.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regionally.
• Strong sales, business development and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of pricing strategies, contract management and commercial negotiations.
• Excellent time‑management, verbal and written communication abilities.
• High energy, confidence and a results‑driven attitude.
