Account Manager – Construction Solutions

About the role

Hilti is seeking an Account Manager to build strong customer partnerships across Queensland. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, demonstrate tools on‑site and provide high‑level consultation to drive growth in the construction industry.

Key responsibilities

• Spend time in the field meeting customers daily, identifying business opportunities and creating long‑term profitable relationships.
• Plan and manage daily schedules across job sites and client offices to maximise engagement, territory potential and sales productivity.
• Develop strong technical and product knowledge to deliver high‑quality customer consultations while representing the Hilti brand.
• Utilise Salesforce to record interactions, manage opportunities and track sales activity with accurate reporting.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing sales role; construction industry experience is highly advantageous.
• Eagerness to learn, motivated and capable of working independently with a hands‑on attitude.
• Strong time‑management, planning and prioritisation skills.
• Valid full Australian driver’s licence (company car provided).
