Account Executive

About the role

The Account Executive will drive new business acquisition for VistaPrint's corporate services, focusing on small to medium enterprises across various industries. This remote‑first position reports to the Sales Manager and works closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and close agreements with new SME clients using face‑to‑face and video conferencing.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline to meet monthly targets.
• Consultatively sell print and promotional solutions to owners, C‑suite executives, procurement and marketing specialists.
• Transition new customers to the Account Implementation Team and coordinate with sales, marketing and product functions.
• Communicate progress of initiatives and KPIs to internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle escalations and difficult conversations independently, leveraging Customer Care when needed.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in e‑commerce or print services.
• Fast‑learning, self‑starter with a positive, can‑do attitude and ability to thrive in a high‑velocity, ambiguous environment.
• Highly organized, process‑oriented and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and adapting focus as priorities shift.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM tool.
• Strong project management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially over phone and email.
