Account Executive

About the role

The Account Executive supports the day‑to‑day management of wholesale customer accounts, ensuring orders are placed, processed and delivered on time. You will work closely with internal teams and key customers to drive sell‑through performance while keeping the customer at the centre of every decision.

Key responsibilities

• Manage order placement through to delivery, including replenishment orders, to support DIFOT performance.
• Partner with the Key Account Manager to support order placement, delivery, sell‑through performance and account execution.
• Build strong relationships with key customer contacts and internal teams such as Planning, Merchandising, Order Management, Distribution, Finance and IT.
• Process orders in SAP according to customer requirements and internal guidelines.
• Support go‑to‑market excellence by meeting key milestones across the seasonal calendar.
• Provide accurate product information, including pricing, fabric composition, barcodes and descriptions.
• Monitor order holds, delivery schedules and received goods, resolving issues cross‑functionally.
• Assist with reporting, analysis and ad‑hoc projects to drive wholesale sales performance.
• Oversee the day‑to‑day operation of the Iconic Dropship business, ensuring the assortment aligns with market expectations.

Required profile

• Organised and numbers‑focused with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and relationship‑building skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑first mindset and confidence working with multiple stakeholders.
• Ideally 2+ years of experience in wholesale, retail, apparel or FMCG.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience using SAP or a similar order‑management system.
