Account Director - Integrated Facilities Management (Technology)

About the role

JLL is hiring an Account Director for its Integrated Facilities Management (technology) practice in Brisbane. You will develop and run strategic account plans that deliver exceptional service and long-term client partnerships, while building financial plans that exceed revenue and profitability targets. The role leads a team across office and tech lab facilities, delivering integrated multi-disciplinary services including facilities management and project management, and works alongside the Work Dynamics leadership team.

The Account Director reports to the APAC Managing Director (matrix to the Global IFM Account Director). The position is on-site in Brisbane, covers office and tech lab facilities only, and has an explicit focus on regional initiatives driven by AI tools and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Set the vision and strategy for regional account plans so clients receive service that meets and exceeds contractual obligations
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders and act as the single point of contact for service delivery and escalations
• Coach and develop a high-performing team, recognising achievements and refreshing team capabilities
• Drive financial performance by hitting revenue, expense and debtor targets, and identify cross-selling opportunities
• Implement the regional Human Experience (HX) program, using annual surveys to hit HX targets and maintain a best-in-class culture
• Oversee contract management, KPIs and service levels
• Run regional initiatives focused on AI, including client-specific programs such as savings targets and benchmarking, and source best practices to improve account performance
• Champion inclusion and diversity in line with JLL's Regional and Global D&I strategy
• Hold quarterly business reviews in the region and take part in global QBRs

Required profile

• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in real estate, with proven strength in Facilities Account Management and understanding of project management, strategic portfolio management, workplace strategy and employee experience
• Track record managing complex accounts and running multiple teams across disciplines, locations and countries
• Ability to handle client and firm sensitivities and escalate or de-escalate risks appropriately
• Strong leadership and stakeholder relationship-building skills
• Deep understanding of the outsourcing business, real estate fundamentals and service products
