About the role
Sodexo is looking for an Accommodation Administrator to join its remote site teams in Western Australia on a FIFO 14 days on, 7 days off roster. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and residents, ensuring a welcoming "home away from home" experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist all visitors and residents at the site.
- Manage check‑in and check‑out processes for residents.
- Compile reports for various stakeholders.
- Assist with building maintenance requests.
- Operate the front‑desk reception and kiosk, handling resident requests.
Required profile
- Previous administration experience in a customer‑service environment.
- Ability to undergo a pre‑employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience with INX Inflight software (desirable).
