About the role
Join Australia’s leading prestige beauty retailer as a part‑time Zone Manager (3IC) overseeing the MECCA Southland store in Victoria. You will support the management team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive store success.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Management Team in delivering outstanding customer service.
- Lead from the front, communicating effectively and upskilling the team.
- Engage and motivate staff to meet KPIs and uphold company values.
Required profile
- Prior experience successfully leading large retail teams.
- Passion for exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
- Confidence in providing feedback and coaching team members.
- Availability to work late evenings and weekends.
