About the role
Join Australia’s leading prestige beauty retailer as a Zone Manager (3IC) for the MECCA Mornington store. This fixed‑term position runs until October 2027, offering 22 hours per week of hands‑on leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Lead from the front, communicating clearly and upskilling the team.
- Engage and motivate staff to meet KPIs and uphold brand values.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading large retail teams.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Confidence in providing feedback and coaching team members.
