Yard Loader / Driver

About the role

Boral is looking for an experienced, safety-focused Yard Loader/Driver to join its team in Maldon, NSW. You will operate a front-end loader to move and load materials around the yard and carry out driving duties, working alongside a supportive site team where safety comes first.

Key responsibilities

• Safely operate a front-end loader to load, move and manage materials around the site
• Drive as required, ensuring safe and timely movement of materials and deliveries
• Complete daily vehicle and equipment pre-start checks
• Support the day-to-day operation of the yard and plant
• Take part in safety initiatives such as pre-starts, toolboxes and incident reporting
• Keep the yard tidy and carry out basic maintenance
• Work with the team to keep site operations safe and efficient

Required profile

• Experience operating a front-end loader is highly regarded
• Current driver's licence and relevant heavy vehicle licence for the driving part of the role
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to site procedures
• Team player able to work in a busy operational environment
• Willingness to assist across a range of yard and plant duties
• Experience in concrete, quarrying, construction or heavy industry is highly regarded
