About the role

Key responsibilities

• Foster and promote a safe and healthy work environment.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of highly trained technicians.
• Monitor technician productivity to meet customer expectations.
• Ensure the team has appropriate skills, tools and resources.

Required profile

• Certificate III in Heavy Vehicle Diesel Technology.
• Proven experience working as a heavy‑vehicle (HV) technician.
• Strong team‑focused attitude and pride in workmanship.
• Ability to mentor, coach and train others.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and quality outcomes.

Required skills

• Heavy Vehicle Diesel Technology.
• Use of diagnostic equipment and latest diagnostic technology (including iPads and state‑of‑the‑art systems).
